A Whole Baked Camembert: infused with rosemary & garlic, served with cheese straws
The Main Event:
Fillet of Sea Bass: Beautifully fresh Sea Bass Fillet baked pan fried & finished with a coconut, chilli, lime & chive sauce and served with new potatoes & vegetables – sure to get those juices running!
Chicken Provencal: Brest of chicken in a rich, rustic French tomato sauce served with new potatoes & vegetables - melts in the mouth!
5oz Rump Steak Rossini: Beautifully tender rump, chargrilled to your liking and served on a chicken liver pâté crouton and finished with a rich tomato & red wine sauce – it’s a real mouthful!!
Baked Aubergine: Baked and stuffed with creamy mozzarella and finished with a chardonnay sauce, a true classic. Served with salad & new potatoes – this one should slip down quite easily!
